Is the registration fee refundable?

All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

This secures your slot, recital shirt production, and event preparations.

Can I pay in installment?

Yes! You may pay 50% down payment to reserve your slot.

The remaining balance must be settled halfway through the ZONE IN program.

CAN BEGINNERS JOIN?

Absolutely! Most of our classes are open level, which means anyone—from first-timers to experienced dancers—can join and enjoy.

What is the age requirement?

We accept students starting at 4 years old above.

What happens if my child misses a class?

Missed sessions are non-refundable. However, teachers will guide students to catch up before the recital.

IS ATTENDANCE IMPORTANT FOR THE RECITAL?

Yes. Consistent attendance is required for performance participation.
Students who miss excessive rehearsals may not be included in certain formations for safety and quality purposes.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS?

As of now, we do not accept walk-in registrations.
All students must complete online registration and payment to secure their slot.

Slots are limited and are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.

WHEN IS MY SLOT CONFIRMED?

All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

WHERE DO I PUT THE STUDENT’S DETAILS?

Once you proceed to checkout, you will see a “Special Instructions” box in the cart system.

Please indicate the following before completing your payment:
Full Name of the Student
Age

If enrolling more than one student, please list all names and ages in the Special Instructions box.

Failure to provide complete details may delay confirmation of your registration.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Available payment methods will appear during checkout (e.g., GCash, bank transfer, etc.).

WHAT IF I PAY VIA BANK TRANSFER OR MANUAL PAYMENT?

Please send proof of payment immediately after checkout for verification.
Slots are not secured until payment is confirmed.

CAN I MODIFY MY REGISTRATION DETAILS AFTER PAYMENT?

Changes (shirt size, student category, etc.) are subject to production deadlines and availability.
Please contact us immediately for assistance.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FAIL TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE?

Students with incomplete balances may not be allowed to participate in the recital until payment is settled.

CAN I WALK IN AND PAY ON-SITE?

No. Walk-in payments and same-day registrations are currently not accepted.
All payments must be completed through the official registration process.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation message or email once your registration has been successfully recorded.
